Mango icecream kaise banaye
Garmiyo ka mausam ho to icecream ka maja lena to banta hai. To aaj kyo na kuch alag type ki ice cream bnani sikhe. Milk icecream to sabhi jante hai aayiye dekhte hain ki mango ice cream kaise banayi jaati hai.
Step 1- Doodh me se 3 bhaag alag kar lijiye or 1/4 bhaag alag kar lijiye. 3 bhaag ko bhaari talle wale bartan me garam karne ke liye rakh dijiye.

Step 6:- Ab aapne jo Aam or cheeni ki pyuri bnayi hai usme cream ko mix karke ache se phent lijiye. Fir jo cornflour wala doodh aapne taiyar kiya hai use bhi isme milakar ek baar fir se phentiye.
Step 7:- Ab baari hai us aam ke tukdo ko milane ki jo aapne bacha kar rakha hai. Chhote chhote tukde karke aam ko bhi milayiye.
Ye aam ke tukde ice cream khate samay beech me padenge to ice cream khane ka swad or badh jayega.
Step 8:- Bas aapka ice-cream mixture ready ho gya hai. Ise kisi air tight container ( Aisa bartan jisme hawa paas na ho ) me dal kar freezer me rakh dijiye.
6 se 8 ghante ke baad ise baar nikale. Aapki Mango icecream puri tarah dan gayi hai.
2-4 minute ise bahar rahne dijiye. Thoda sa narm hone ke baad serve kariye.
Mango ice-cream banane ka tarika
Banane me bahut hi easy mango cream ke liye bas kuch thoda saman hi lagta hai. In chijo ko ikkatha kariye.
Mango - 2
Cheeni( Sugar )- 100 Gm
Doodh- 1/2 Ltr
Corn flour ( Makki aata )- 2 bade chammach
Cream- 200 Gm

Step 2:- Ab jab tak doodh garam hota hai tab tak aam kaat kar ready kar lijiye.
Aam dho kar chheel lijiye or sara pulp nikal lijiye. Aam ke 2 tukde alag nikal lijiye or chhote chhote tukdo me katiye.

Step 3:- Ab bache huye aam or cheeni ko peesh kar mixture bna lijiye.
Step 4:- Ab thande doodh me corn flour daal kar chikna ghol bna lijiye.
Step 5:- Ab jo doodh garam ho raha tha usme aa jane par corn flour mila aata usme mila lijiye or doodh ko lagataar chalate huye 5-6 minute tak pakaye.
Ice cream ke liye doodh taiyar hai. Ise ekdam thanda kar lijiye.

Special tips
Agar aap chahte hain ki ice cream or bhi naram ho to freezer me rakne ke baad 2 ghante baad bahar nikal lijiye. Ice cream jam gayi. Ise thoda sa phent lijiye or phir se jamane ke liye rakh dijiye.
