Veg manchurian recipe in Hindi
Step 1:- Sabse pahle Band Gobhi, Gajar, Mashroom or hara pyaj ko ekdam baarik- baarik kaatiye.
Step 2:- Ab Adarak, Pyaj, or Lahsun ko bhi baarik kat kar alag rakh lijiye.
Step 3:- Ab Upar pahle step me badayi gayi sabji ko mix karke usme Namak milayiye. Ab usme Maida or Cornflour ko mix kariye or jarurat ke hisaab se paani bhi milayiye. Thoda sa cornflour bacha kar rakhe.
Step 4:- Ab is mixture se chhoti chhoti goliya bna lijiye. Goliya apne hisab se banaye jitane size ke aap rakhna chahe.
Step 5:- Ab in goliyo ko tel garam karke tal lijiye.
Step 6:- Ab todhe se tel me kati huyi pyaj Lahsun or adarak ko bhun lijiye.
Step 7:- Ache se bhunane ke baad isme thoda paani dalkar Ajinomoto, hara dhaniya, chilli sauce or soya sauce dal dijiye.
Step 8:- Bas thodi der pakne ke baad ise gadha karne ke liye Cornflour dal dijiye. Or dhimi aag me khaulane tak wait kariye
Step 9:- jab ye khaulna start ho jaaye to jo goli aapne taiyar ki hain. Use isme dal dijiye.
Thodi der baad ise utar lijiye. Ab isme upar se pyaj or hari mirch ki sajawat kar dijiye. Aapka Veg manchurian taiyar ho gya hai.
