Dahi vada kaise banaye

Dahi vada ya jise kuch log dahi bada bhi kahte hai, to aapn khaya hi hoga. Lekin kya aap ise banane ka tarika bhi jaante hain. Agar nahi to aaj aap is recipe ko yahan sikh sakte hain. Aayiye dekhte hai Dahi bada me kya kya chije padti hai or ise kaise bnaya jata hai.


Dahi bara bnane ki recipe 

Sabse pahle aap in chijo ko ek jagha par ikkatha kar rakh lijiye.

Bada banane me lagne wali chije

Urad ki daal- 1/2 cup
Moong dal - 1/2 cup
Baking powder- ek chutaki
Jeera- 1/2 chammach
Namak - swadanusar
Adarak- 1 chammach kati huyi
Tel ( Oil ) talne ke liye

Dahi masala me lagme wali chije

Dahi - 2 cup
Hari mirch - 2
Namak - Swadanusar
Chaat masala
Cheeni ( Sugar ) - thodi si
Lal mirch- Swadanusar
Jeera powder- 2 chammach

Dahibada recipe in Hindi

Sari cbijo ko ikkatha karke ek jagah rakh lijiye or niche diye gaye step ko folliw karte jayiye

Step 1:- Daal ko dhokar use paani me kam se kam se 6-7 ghante bhigo kar rakh dijiye. 

Step 2:- 6-7 Ghante baad jab daal ache se phool jaaye to isme jo paani badha hai use nikal dijiye. 

Step 3- Ab ise ache se pees kar gaarha paste bana lijiye. Dhyan rahe paste hamesha gaarha hi hona chahiye. Agar paste sookha ya patla hua to khrab ho jayega.

Step 4:- Ab paste ko 10-15 minute tak achi tarah phentate rahiye. Isase sara mixture achi tarah ban jayega. 

Step 5:- Ab is muxture me namak adarakh beking powder or jeera ( jeera powder nahi ) dal dijiye.

Step 6:+ Ab aapko bade bnane hain. Ek bartan me tel garam kariye. Jab tel garam ho jaaye to is mixture ke chhote gole bna kar tel me dal kar tal lijiye.

Gole bnakar talne ke liye bade chammach ka use kariye. Jisase apka bada safaayi se bane.
Ek baar me koshish kare ki 5 ya 6 gole hi bartan me dal kar tale. Jisase ye aapas me chipak kar khrab na ho. Or ise 5-7 minute dhimi aag me halka golden colour hone tak talate rahiye.

Step 7:- Tal jane ke baad ise kisi paper wagairh me bahar nikal lijiye. Ab kisi bade kinare wale bartan ( Bhagauna ) me 2 cup garam paani or 1 chummach namak dal kar usme ye tale huye bade dal dijiye or 1 ghante tak bhigoye rakhiye.

Step 8:- Ab dahi wade ke liye masala dahi taiyar karni hai. Pahle jo dahi aapne li thi use achi tarah phentiye or 1 ghante tak freeze me rakh dijiye. Jisase ye achi tarah thandi ho jaaye.


Step 9:- Ek ghante baad ise bahar nikale or isme lal mirch powder, jeera powder or namak daliye. Aapki masala dahi taiyar hai.

Step 10:- Ab dahi bade ko paani se bahar nikaliye or nichod kar plate me rakhte jayiye or upar se masala dahi daliye.

Step 12:- Ab isme upar se chat masala ka chhidkav kar dijiye
